Note: HP renamed the product called now HP operations manager way too many times. Also it is very inconsistent with using abbreviations. Here we will assume that the term "HP Operations manager" and abbreviations HPOM, OMU, and OVO mean the same thing :-)
The command opcsv administers the services running on the Management Server
of HP Operations.
In general, the HPOM manager services should be started before launching the HPOM
agents on the Managed Nodes, and stopped afterwards. This command can only be issued by the superuser.

opcsv [ -help ] [ -start | -stop | -status | -trace ]
Options
The command exits with value zero after successful operation; otherwise the exit value is set to 1, and an appropriate message is displayed on stderr. In addition, the HPOM manager services protocol appends any warning or error to /var/opt/OV/log/System.txt.

Start all HPOM manager services on the Management Server:
