I know your pain, Steyr...but unfortunately being on another continent 
means I'm not sure how to help you...You see what I mean?
Go with Fruit if you can get it (It's usually not TOO expensive, and my 
carnivore rhetoric aside, is quite tasty) and breads are filling in the 
extreme...a little of them will go a long way.
