i forgot to tell you something...a WONDERFUL cooking necessity i have 
recently added to my spice selection is a creole seasoning called 
"Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning" which comes in a green cylindrical 
container..it lasts forever, and i spruce up all kinds of foods w/it..
since i only use Sea Salt and freshly ground Peppercorns in my daily 
cooking routines (besides a wide variety of herbs and spices), this was a 
welcome addition to my kitchen!  Anyhow...try it...a friend recommended it 
to me, and i wonder how i survived so long w/out it! Needless to say, she 
taught me a killer recipe for red beans and rice... :)   Yikes! I think 
this Yankee's turning Cajun! :) heheheheh
