I don't know how I have such a fettish for it, but I ADORE Italian food 
like it's food from the gods, indeed.

Thanks and Kudo's to Zbadba and pbj for some outstanding recipes.  I plan 
on cooking for my mom when she comes home on Sunday, and since my fav. 
food is pasketti, I will use your recipes.  I'm not a culinary artisan, 
but I can read recipes pretty well.  I'll give y'all a full report next 
week.

Oh, btw, the only recipe I ever made was when I was 6.  My mom still keeps 
the recipe card, even though it's basically fruit bowl: strawberries, 
bananas, grapes, and blueberries served with milk and sugar, but I felt 
pretty damn proud (then again, I hit my head with a brick when I was 3, so 
go figger)
