mmmmmmm....i LOVE cajun food.....well, southern food in general....'cept 
for grits and chitlins...those make me sick...oh great...i've got a black 
eyed pea craving now, and you can't get 'em in michigan *sigh* guess i'll 
have to go to country jim's and get me some chicken and dumplings to try 
to counteract the craving....
