I'm not an expert on sun-dried tomatoes, but couldn't ya just buy tomatoes 
and sit 'em out in the sun for a day or two?  We dried fruits and veggies 
in my 4th grade science class, and it only took a couple days to 
completely dry 'em.  Just a thought, I'm sure it'd be cheaper than buying 
'em dried...
planning on doing Italian this weekend - with that pasta recipe and the 
garlic bread, I'll be a hit for sure!  

Now, how do you boil water again?
