I did and it was awesome.  I usually made mine kinda like that, but this 
time i decided to add a few herbs.  Talk about yummy! :)
Thanks for rattling my brain up a bit....I'm dying for more recipes if 
anyone has any...anyone know how to cook curried veggies? There was an 
Ethiopian restaurant in Bloomington that i used to eat at that served an 
awesome bed of curried veggies, and i tried to make them once, but they 
didn't quite turn out the same....what's the secret???  Anyone have the 
recipe for the Ethiopian bread called "Injera"? (sp?)  Man, that stuff is 
tasty!!!
