I got my copy at Kroch's Old Orchard location about a year ago.  It was the
only copy there.  Any bookstore should be able to order it for you, and
Kroch's downtown might very well stock it.

It sounds like you PC is of the generic XT variety... If so, how did
you get an IDE drive in it?  I have been told by what I thought were
reliable sources that an AT was required?
