I have actually figured out some things about the spartan protocol in relation to pygopherd. I made that part of things work (wasn't hard) and have put up my first gemtext page. There is a gemini server as well, but it needs a TLS cert and I haven't done anything about that yet. Maybe soon. There is a bunch of happenings in the quix.us server world. I have a ProxMox server with a handful of virtual machines sitting behind the Banana Pi that serves the gopher hole, the static web pages, and the wonderful caddy proxy server.
