This is an interesting phone, that definitely worth its price (around $25 with shipping). It is low end phone and I like it this way. 80% of features of any $300 and up smartphone that it missing you can get in 7" tablet for less then $100.
One notable feature is that if you switch phone off, then the battery lasts several months. Bootup is quick (around 10 sec). Generally this is very good, solid model which has solid "look and feel". It withstands drops well. . Only a couple of language are supported (In my phone those are English, Spanish and Portuguese). Display is very small (1.6") and has low resolution (128 x128 pixel), but is OK for short text messages. Text is legible and short messages fit the screen.
For the price you get phone with a lot of features that is convenient both for phone calls and short SMS. Unlike on smartphone the screen is visible in bright light. And unlike smartphone this phone can't be infected with malware: there is no space for it in such a tiny config.
Buttons are pretty decent. No problem dialing number of working with menu. Canlenda can be instantly retried by presing lower edge of central button
Menu can be improved but it usable "as is". Actually not bad at all.
Address book can be activated without using menu by using right "-' button at the top. You can also configure speed dial for all numeric buttons
Two rare features of LG A275 Dual SIM are FM radio (which you can activate by pressing on right edge of the large central button) and a flashlight with three LEDs. The latter is pretty bright and allows to illuminate dark sports where you need to put keys, etc. I think this feature adds to value of phone greatly because you will might it in situation when otherwise you would be ready to pay $100 of more for the flashlight ;-)
Radio is actually usable: it has channels that you can program for different stations and generally provides good reception.

LG A275 Black Unlocked GSM Dual SIM QuadBand Cell Phone Cell Phones & Accessories
Daniel1944,
February 12, 2013 I like the dual sim feature of the phone. I use a T-Mobile sim card and an international sim card. It is nice to be able to switch between the two sim cards without having to take the sim cards out of the phone - very convenient.
The phone is easy to use. The world clock works well when switching between time zones.
The only problem I have had is with an SMS message. I wrote a short message and saved to DRAFT. I later recalled it, added to it, and edited the original saved part. When the message was sent, only a very short portion of the message was sent-don't know why. I had previously sent SMS messages and they worked perfectly. Overall, I like the phone and would recommend it.
Primitive phone March 27, 2013Amazon Verified Purchase
I needed a simple backup phone in case I break my Nexus 4 or it gets discharged, preferably a dual-SIM one because I did not want to remove a battery and a SIM card every time I want to use a different SIM card (I planned on using different full-size SIM cards for different purposes). Unfortunately, Nokia Basha 206 is not available on North American market (they only sell smartphones here), so I decided to buy this one because I considered LG a reputable brand. It turned out I was wrong.
Pros:
1. Long battery life when there is no talk (probably because the screen is always off when the phone is not used)
2. Lightweight
3. Has a flashlight
Cons:
1. No hardware volume control (and it looks like you can only set the ring volume via the UI)
2. The screen and letters on the screen are too small. A twice as big screen could fit in the space unoccupied by the keyboard (or with the same screen size a bigger and more convenient keyboard would fit in)
3. Back cover is difficult to open
4. Keys are very small
5. There is no support for Cyrillic letters. All my old Nokia phones, although they did not allow to type Cyrillic letters, were able to display them. This phone supports only a few latin-based languages and displays squares for Cyrillic letters
6. Navigation and control keys are not lit (only number keys are lit). Together with their extremely low profile the phone is very difficult to control in darkness.
7. User menu is inconvenient and confusing. Instead navigating the menu I often turn on the flashlight. And instead of turning off the flashlight I often accidentally activate some menu commands.
8. Two SIM cards cannot be used simultaneously. You need to activate either one or another.
9. FM Radio is bad and noisy. I was able to tune only to 3 stations here in Los Angeles.
10. It is impossible to lock the keyboard by pressing a combination of keys. It locks automatically (you can specify the time-out in settings).
11. Since the screen turns off automatically after a certain timeout (10, 20, etc. sec.) it is impossible to see time and date and whether there were missed calls.
12. It is impossible to change or remove the only wallpaper displaying an ugly flower.
Voice quality is average. I can't say it's a pro or con, it's a fact.Overall this is a primitive, inconvenient and basic phone. I would not want to pay more than $10 for it. It cost me $22 (it was $32 on Amazon and I got a $10 discount for applying for Amazon card). Not recommended.
I ordered this phone after looking at Samsung unlocked phone also , finally decided on lg. the phone is not complicated to use since I basically need it for calls and text and it does the job fine. the manual is light on details , however thru a little error and trial all is fine and you can manage it pretty good.
I subscribed to "lycamobile" and they are very cheap and very good . I signed for pay as you go at 2c a minute and text at 5c with no time frame limit. I had to call customer service few times and they were quick and prompt!!
All in all its a very good phone for a light user who doesn't want to be locked in an expensive contract.
i give it a thumb up !!

Easy to grip style! The LG T375 allows me to keep work and personal calls separated ON ONE HANDSET,

This review is from: LG T375-BLK Cookie Smart Dual Sim Unlocked Phone with 3.2-Inch Touchscreen and 240 x 380 Pixels Screen Resolution - No Warranty - Black (Wireless Phone Accessory)The LG T375 is a dual SIM phone with a 3.2-inch capacitive LCD color display, 2-megapixel camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, FM radio and multimedia player.
This phone has an easy to grip style - with rounded edges and measuring 4.06 x 2.32 inches and just 0.42 inches thick, it fits perfectly in my hand.
WHY BUY A DUAL SIM PHONE?
You can operate two phone numbers on one handset - from the same service provider or different service providers.By putting both SIM cards in the LG T375 handset, it's like having two phones in one. (REMEMBER: Both your SIM cards can be on the same network/service provider or on two different networks)
The LG T375 allows me to switch networks flawlessly without having to switch my SIM card - and with two different numbers it's easy to keep work and personal calls separated ON ONE HANDSET!
PROS:
The LG T375 has 50 MB internal storage and a micro SD card slot (up to 16 GB)
Capacitive multitouch screen is very responsive
128 MB ROM and 64 MB RAM is more than adequate for basic phone functionsThe phones offer GSM/EDGE connectivity along with Wi-Fi. You also get Facebook and Twitter integration (I haven't used these social media features though)
According to the Users' Manual, the standard 950mAh Li-Ion battery allows up to 528 hours of Stand-by and up to 14 h 40 min of Stand by time. With normal use, I usually charge my phone every 3 days.
Like most phones, you need the headphones Stereo to operate the FM radio but the LG T375 allows FM recording. I use this feature to make personalized ringtones :))
Pairing devices using the LG T375 Bluetooth is easy. So far I have used the Bluetooth to pair the LG T375 with a Sony VAIO E15 Laptop, a Motorola T325 Bluetooth Portable Car Speaker and a Samsung C3222 Ch@t Dual SIM Phone
CONS:
- The LG T375 is a budget phone so, the processor is understandably slow.
- The LG T375 connects via EDGE, GPRS - so, slow data means slow Internet browsing.
- The screen lacks an ambient light sensor for automatic screen brightness adjustment - it's a bit of a challenge to see the display in bright sunlight.
- The screen display is low resolution (240 x 320 pixels) with a pixel density screen of 125ppi. This is only noticeable if I am doing a lot of Internet browsing.
- The camera is just 2.0 MP and it lacks autofocus and also no flash. These is fine if you use the LG T375 phone camera only as your backup camera.
Although my list of cons seem long, I still give this phone 4 to 4.5 STARS. It's quite a user friendly utilitarian DUAL SIM phone with a very responsive capacitive touch screen - great for calls, texts and managing two phone numbers on one handset.
Hope my review was helpful ... Jeffrey A. (Jeff)
